    cayley@ouenpilates.com

Originally from South Africa Cayley moved to Jersey over 15 years ago and is proud to call this beautiful island her home. Cayley qualified as a Pilates Mat instructor with BASI in August 2020 and has since completed specialised training in Injuries and pathologies as well as being Pre/Postnatal qualified.

Cayley’s first reformer experience was with Ouen Pilates and she feels honoured to be part of the Ouen Instructor team.

Cayley’s classes consist of a full body approach, focusing on the foundational Pilates principles. Props and aids are used and encouraged in her classes but should never take away from the intention of the original repertoire and starting each movement from our powerhouse. Even the most fundamental movement can feel different each time you practice if the mind and body are fully connected!

  • Imo Brooks

BALANCED BODY REFORMER PILATES lNSTRUCTOR | MAT PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    imo@ouenpilates.com

Imo was first introduced to Pilates while training as a professional dancer at Laine Theatre Arts, where an inspiring instructor sparked a lifelong love for the practice. In fact, during her third-year awards, Imo was voted “most likely to become a Pilates instructor” - a prediction that proved entirely true!

Imo has been teaching Mat Pilates since 2023 and soon became hooked on Reformer Pilates; drawn to its versatility, support, and adaptability for every body. This led Imo to certify as a Reformer Instructor with Balanced Body in 2025.  Imo’s teaching style is precise and alignment-focused, rooted in the core Pilates principles. She loves to challenge her clients, but always with a mindful approach that honours the bodies in front of her.

Imo is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive space where clients can connect, feel centred, and experience the magic of Pilates. For her, the very best part of teaching is witnessing clients’ “wins” - those moments of progress, strength, and confidence that make Pilates so transformative.

  • Libby Chinn

STOTT REFORMER INSTRUCTOR | MAT PILATES INSTRUCTOR

    libby@ouenpilates.com

Libby lived in Australia for 2 years where she fell in love with Pilates. Inspired to become an instructor herself, in 2021 she embarked upon her Mat training whilst living in Perth. When she came back to living in Jersey, she extended her training adding Reformer and later Barre Pilates to her qualifications.

Libby loves to create fun flowing classes using the classical foundations, adding dynamic movement to keep your mind and body feeling challenged. You will always leave class feeling like you have worked out, ensuring no muscle is left behind. Expect high energy, ‘spicy’ layering, and don’t forget the pulses!

Libby's calm manner allows for a safe space for you to build your confidence on the Reformer. She believes it is so important to find a connection with your body and mind through movement and breath.

We believe Pilates should:

  • Strengthen your core and your connection to it

  • Build flexibility and creating spinal health/mobility

  • Improve muscle imbalances or one-sided dominance

  • Train correct movement patterns and posture

  • Establish confidence in your body - balance, strength, range

  • Condition your joints

  • Build lean muscle and bone density through resistance work

  • Create space for mind/body connection and breath

“Change happens through movement and movement heals”
